These terms describe use of the Webrex website at itwebrex.com. Webrex provides website development, marketing, SEO, content, design and related digital services. Project-specific commitments are set out in a separate written proposal or agreement.

2. Enquiries and quotations

Submitting a contact or quotation form starts a conversation. It does not place an order, create a subscription, reserve a delivery date or require you to purchase a service. We clarify your requirements before providing a quotation.

3. Scope, fees and payments

Before a project begins, the written proposal should identify deliverables, fees, currency, any applicable taxes, payment milestones and the work included. Additional requests, third-party costs, renewals and ongoing support should be agreed separately before they are added. Any cancellation or refund arrangements must be stated in the project agreement; these website terms do not create a blanket non-refundable payment policy.

4. Content, access and feedback

Clients are responsible for supplying accurate business information and materials they have permission to use. We agree on the access needed, an approval contact and review points. Do not send passwords, payment-card information or sensitive personal data through the public enquiry form.

5. Delivery and changes

Delivery dates and revision rounds are agreed for each project. Content readiness, timely feedback, changes in scope and third-party dependencies can affect the schedule. Material changes should be discussed and documented before work continues.

6. Ownership and licences

The project agreement should identify ownership, handover conditions and permitted use of final deliverables. Fonts, photographs, plugins, themes, software and other third-party materials remain subject to their own licences. Viewing this website does not grant ownership of its content or third-party portfolio materials.

7. Platforms and performance

Hosting, domains, payment providers, advertising networks and other platforms have their own terms, availability and charges. SEO rankings, advertising returns, visitor numbers and sales depend on factors beyond a single provider’s control; the website does not promise a particular commercial result.

8. Acceptable website use

Use this website lawfully. Do not submit spam, impersonate others, attempt unauthorised access or interfere with the website’s operation. Portfolio links lead to independent websites whose content and policies may change.

9. Privacy and your rights

Our Privacy Policy explains how project enquiries are handled. These website terms are not intended to remove rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Project disputes and responsibilities should be addressed through the applicable written agreement and law.
