Information you provide

When you submit a project enquiry, we collect your name, email, selected service, optional budget range and message. Please do not submit passwords, payment details or sensitive personal information.

Technical information

The form uses a temporary, hashed network-address identifier to limit repeated submissions. Your hosting provider and security plugins may also process IP addresses and access logs for operation and security. The enquiry record itself contains the details you submit and your consent confirmation.

How we use it

We use enquiry information to respond, discuss requirements and prepare quotations. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to marketing communications.

Storage and service providers

Enquiries submitted through the WordPress form are stored in the website’s administrative system and may be emailed to the business contact address. Hosting and email providers process that information as part of providing their services. We keep enquiry records while needed for the enquiry and related business administration, and review deletion requests individually.

Cookies and external links

This theme does not add advertising or analytics trackers by default. WordPress, installed plugins or the hosting platform may use additional cookies. External websites and WhatsApp have their own privacy policies.
